1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, registering an account, or participating in auctions, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the website.
2. Eligibility
There are no residency requirements to use this website; however, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
3. Account Registration
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
4. Auction Participation
• Bids placed during an auction are final and binding.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or remove an auction at our discretion.
• Fraudulent or disruptive bidding is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment Terms
• Payment will be charged to the card provided during registration within 24 hours of the close of the auction unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• A 12% buyer premium will be added to the final sale price of all items.
• Failure to provide valid payment may result in the cancellation of your winning bid and suspension of your account.
6. Shipping and Pickup
• Customers must contact us directly if they require shipping. Shipping arrangements, including costs, are the buyer’s responsibility.
• For local pickups:
• Pickup details will be included on invoices sent after the auction.
• Items must be picked up during designated times: the two days following the auction close, from 9 AM to 3 PM.
• Failure to pick up items within this timeframe may result in forfeiture without a refund.
7. Item Condition and Refunds
• All items are sold “as is, where is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• Refunds will not be allowed unless the auctioneer has made an egregious error in the item description.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect items during preview periods when offered.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
• Interfere with the auction process or the website’s functionality.
• Use the website for illegal purposes.
• Engage in fraudulent bidding or any activities that undermine the integrity of the auction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by us. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
• We are not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may affect the auction process.
• Descriptions of auction items are provided as a guide only; we do not guarantee accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in auctions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for any disputed item.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Washington.
